India Mining Summit 2017 – Enabling Policy Framework

Associated Chambers of Commerce & Industry of India (ASSOCHAM) is organizing the "India Mining Summit 2017 - Enabling Policy Framework" to be held on 4th August 2017 in New Delhi.  

2.            During the last three years several developments have shaped the mining sector in India.  Introduction of new policies by Government of India are expected to revive growth in this sector.  While the central government is focusing on promoting exploration through a new Mineral Exploration Policy, it is exhorting the state governments to complete detailed exploration and auction out mines faster.
